This is our employee handbook.  Note that the laws in your state (ie other than Virginia) likely impact the content of this book permitted in this state.

There are very unique features to our handbook because it is intended to be positive and not rule-focused.  The rules are all there, just presented with a voice that is intended to keep the employee focused on what's important.

We could pay Google for marketing OR we could pay our employees for marketing.  We choose to reward our team.  Specifically, if they receive a shout-out in a 4* or 5* review, we spiff them $10.  We use this board to track reviews and pay out when it's full.  Game starts over.

This is a 20x30 poster that you print (Walgreens) and mount in a glass poster frame.  Employees write their name in Sharpie or transparency marker so they are actively participating and understanding the command and control structure.
